Description
How to use 361 Soap&Shine
Work in the shade or inside and make sure your vehicle’s surface is cool to the touch. For the perfect results, use the “2 bucket wash” method.
- Fill two (5)-gallon buckets with water and pour 1-ounce of our soap into one of them. One bucket is for water only (the rinse bucket), and the other bucket is for the soap and water mixture (the wash bucket).
- Thoroughly rinse your vehicle using a hose with a nozzle to take off as many initial contaminants as possible. Now is also a great time to spray a degreaser along the vehicle’s bottom to break down road grime and bug dirt. We also suggest cleaning the brakes and tires at this time using a separate brush.
- Soak your wash mitt in the wash bucket and wash the automobile from top to bottom. Start with the roof and then work your way down to the front and back windows and side windows, hood, trunk, sides, and then the wheel-wells. Make sure to constantly rinse your mitt in your separate rinse bucket to maintain the mitt free from debris and contaminant.
- To rinse your vehicle, take off your spray nozzle from your hose and allow the water from the nozzle sheet the soap off the surface—this helps avoid water beading up and leaving spots.
- To prevent ugly water-spots, gently dry the car from top to bottom using a microfiber towel. Fully open the towel, lay it on the car’s surface, and move it across the surface without adding pressure. If you wish to avoid touching the surface, use a leaf-blower to dry your car.
