FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are based out of Hollywood, CA but our mobile detailing services proudly comes to your home, office or business. We cater to the entire Southern California region including Santa Monica, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Pasadena, San Marino, Altadena, Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey, Huntington Beach and anywhere else in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. 

We are available for appointments on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We do not offer services during holidays and weekends. You can book your appointments with us via text, email, or call. 

You can see the services we provide in each package on our “Services” page. Our charge includes the travel fee to your location unless a specific trip charge is quoted. 

• Additional charges can apply depending on the type of services you want. 

• We accept both cash and credit/debit cards. We will charge you only after our services are completed. 

• The time it takes for us to finish depends on the size/type of vehicle you have, the service package requested, and the specific equipment available to the detailer. Here are the estimated hours it takes for a single technician to finish: 
  
  
• Extreme Exterior Detail — 2.5 hours
• Exterior Detail — 2 hours
• Hand Wax — 1 hour
• Full Wash –30 minutes

• Yes, we provide gift certificates for all occasions. We also send our valued clients customized certificates which can be either printed or forwarded via email. 

We highly recommend that you have your vehicle detailed at least twice per year but it’s best to have your vehicle cleaned more often to maintain its value and preserve it’s new-car look.
